The relationship between us and the customer begins when the phone is answered. Calls for replacement equipment are given directly to the consultant who will be making the initial visit. We spend a lot of time listening to our customers, discussing their specific issues/concerns, and answering any preliminary questions. Measurements and digital photos of the existing equipment are taken. Once the information has been gathered, we sit down and discuss all the options. We place a special emphasis on finding the right fit for the customer ? there is no "cookie-cutter" approach for every circumstance. At Indoor Comfort Heating & Cooling, LLC, we are committed to satisfying the customer before, during, and after the installation. We look to build a relationship and refuse to apply pressure or suggest solutions that are not entirely in our customer's best interest.
