Choudhary, MD, FACP, of the Infectious Diseases Tropical Medicine and Travel Clinic in Lansdowne, Virginia, has special expertise in identifying hard-to-diagnose illnesses and providing care for those suffering from such diseases. A Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Choudhary is board-certified in infectious diseases, tropical medicine and travelers’ health, and internal medicine. Dr. Choudhary earned his medical degree at Punjab Medical College in Pakistan and completed his residency training in Washington, DC, at Howard University School of Health and Medicine and his fellowship in infectious diseases at Howard University Hospital.
In addition to being named a Top Doctor by Washingtonian magazine, Dr. Choudhary has garnered a number of distinguished awards. He is an active member of several renowned medical societies, including the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.
