However, there are a variety of options to help LGBT couples start a family. When to Consider Ovulation Induction (http://ow.ly/ldkX30kESDE) Ovulation induction is a therapy that stimulates the release of developed eggs (i.e., ovulation) to promote fertility. Women who do not often ovulate or have irregular periods are some of the most likely candidates to try ovulation induction. According to some research, 30% of female infertility cases are due to the presence of endometriosis. Can You Reverse a Tubal Ligation? (http://ow.ly/AfTI30kESDx) Tubal ligation reversal is a surgical procedure designed to restore a woman's ability to get pregnant after she has already had her "tubes tied." By clearing up obstruction of the Fallopian tubes, eggs can pass from the ovaries to the uterus for fertilization once again. Your doctor will want to perform a thorough evaluation of your current health and family planning goals before performing a procedure like tubal ligation reversal. #tuballigationreversal #infertility #HarrisonNY
The Benefits of a Myomectomy Procedure (http://ow.ly/gPe930kESDv) Uterine fibroids, which are noncancerous tissue growths in the uterus, are removed with a surgical technique called myomectomy. Advances in robot-assisted surgery technology have helped to make this procedure as minimally invasive as possible. Uterine fibroids can cause chronic pressure and pain in the pelvis, as well as excessive bleeding during a woman's monthly cycle if they go untreated. Removing a problematic fibroid can help you live a more pain-free life and improve your odds of getting pregnant. #myomectomy #uterinefibroids #NewYorkNY
