Most entrepreneurs know that there is no way to pull their vision into reality without other people's brilliance and willingness to give the entrepreneur a chance. This is a fact.
I am deeply appreciative of my current team and all those who came before them. I love to see our associates happy and smiling. I noticed a more profound smile and sense of peace when any one of them pulled their pets or favorite person into our Zoom meetings this year. So, I asked them to share a picture of their favorite person or pet that makes their hearts smile.
We've all been through so much this year. At ILC, we are grateful for the opportunity to continue to work. As we close out the 2020 year, we encourage you to keep the things most important front and center, Friends and Family! Merry Christmas!
