An Important Breathing Exercise for Lung Health Amidst COVID-19
With the "stay in place order" many of us are spending more time sitting and working at a computer than normal. Often this leads to tight backs, necks and shoulders. We are still available to help, but for now it is all through video chat. This is my current work space and yes I am sitting - but I have also been known to; balance on one leg, do mini-squats, full squats, overhead reaches, toe raises and anything else I can think of to keep moving.
