Client called in stating that specific things were supposed to be changed on his website but they were not.. I told him that we had submitted tickets for them to be changed and they were on the site, asked him to check for himself.. client checked and said they were fine but that his pictures were not yet changed.. I told client we would change them for him, I asked Richard to update them, he said he would ASAP.. also, in the additional articles it shows up with cities and after it states NY, NY- Larchmont, NY, NY
he wants those removed..and the word fitness center removed from all of the articles because he does not have a fitness center.. I have asked these all to be changed, will wait for them to be completed.. client said he will wait until after the weekend..
Client stated that the call he received was rushed and he was not able to get a word in, I asked him what exactly it was he needed explained to him.. by this point he had a more broader view of what our services were, he pretty much wanted to be able to change a couple things on his website.. I let him know it was possible and that he would be able to send the pics/reviews to me and we would be able to upload them to his webpage with no prob.. client was more understanding and wanted to proceed with the account.. I gave him my email.. client wants link of webpage emailed to him, along with receipt.. gave me new card for his payment, I let him know his next billing date would be next month, and has 9 months to his contract, client extremely satisfied.. awaiting conf#5468-5645-9070-6080

Client was TF to me to settle his account but it turns out after speaking with him that he wanted someone to attempt to save him, someone who did not include Brooke nor Aspen.. I was trying to inform him of what we have done.. he said that he was not sure what he had originally signed up for.. I told him that of course he would not be satisfied with the product if since the beginning he was sold on it incorrectly.. I let him know someone from tech would call him to explain what it was that he had signed up for and if at the end of this conversation he did not want to continue we would deal with his ETF, client OK.. apologized to me and said he would wait for call.. TF info to Jesse for a follow up call..
