57 years ago, this week, The Willard had the great pleasure of welcoming Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to our hotel in advance of the March on Washington in 1963. The night before the march, Dr. King and his closest advisors gathered in our lobby to put the final touches on the address he planned to deliver at the event, later known as his “I Have a Dream” speech.
We sat down with @JillianAngelineTV to discuss Dr. King's unique ties to our legendary property.
