International Eye Associates, located in Ormond Beach Florida with additional offices in Palm Coast, is a full service ophthalmology practice providing complete eye care for adults and children of all ages.
Established by Dr. Mark Rubin in 1990, International Eye Associates has been associated with all of the area hospitals as well as the majority of the areas health insurance plans. Using the most modern technology available Dr. Rubin was the first surgeon in the area to implant the ReStor multi focal lens and was also the first surgeon to preform a toric intraocular implant to correct astigmatism during cataract surgery.
