Shelby County: it was a beautiful fall day to do some alignments, replace some weather proof seals, and upgrade some older equipment. We are currently booked through the end of October but we will be out doing upgrades weekly to meet the demand of our customers!
Today was a terrific day to do both training and upgrades. Homes and Businesses in Taylorsville, IN now can get 50-100Mbps off the new Cambium 450M Access points shown in some of the photos below.
The demand for Fixed Wireless Internet and other related services has not slowed down at all this year. Our staff has been busy implementing upgrades to existing sites, installing outdoor Wi-Fi, installing indoor/outdoor Cameras, building personal towers for customers, upgrading backhauls to high capacity licensed links, providing point-to-point solutions, converting sites to DC and Fiber plus much, much more.
We are currently booked into August 2020 and will soon invest some of capital into the CBRS deployments planned for Fall and Winter 2020.

Good evening. One of our original relay site partners, Umbarger & Sons Show Feeds, had a grain dryer fire late this evening.
The electricity and all backup power have been disabled at the site so the Bargersville Community Fire Department could deal with the fire without electrical hazards.
The site will be offline for roughly 12-24 hours so all inspections can be done. Once completed power will be restored along with internet services.
After speaking with the site owner, it sounds as if the fire was isolated only to the grain dryer.
We understand this may be an inconvenience for some during this difficult year, but our concern is for the safety and well-being of the first responders and Umbarger staff.
This site has a planned upgrade for October 2020. Once completed, we will provide some special rates for the those living within line of site (los) to this facility to show our commitment to the community. As always, first responders can request a 50% discount on their monthly bill for life.
We thank you for your understanding. Please call the office at 317-738-0320 if you have further questions.
What an amazing fall day to do some maintenance and perform some upgrades. So thankful for our awesome staff!

This Thanksgiving, we want to share our genuine appreciation with you. Without you, we would not be where we are today, and we are so thankful for all your support throughout the year. We hope you have a joyous holiday, and we look forward to continuing to provide fixed wireless internet service to you.
As a reminder, the office will be closed through the long holiday weekend (26th-29th). Only outages should be reported to the after-hours number. No service work or tower work will occur until after the holiday weekend. At the time of sending this message out, all outstanding repairs have been completed.
As usual, customers with alignment problems, maintenance items or speed issues should report such to the office directly during business hours.
Upon our return, we will continue with several new upgrades and site builds to support the increased network demand we are seeing.
Thank you!

Special thanks to Karalee Johnson, Brooke Burris, Justin Wilson and Wesley Burris for the pitch in today. We didn’t get pictures of everyone because of an outage but ultimately all nine of us had something to eat and got to take food home. We are very lucky to have a good team working behind the scenes. Many whom are never even seen by customers.
Rest assured team ici is always working to improve and fix any problems that come up.
With 2020 coming to a close, we wanted to reach out and send our best wishes to all our customers, friends, and family. We hope that 2021 holds success and good fortune in any endeavor you pursue. Our staff thanks you for the business, friendships, and support. We wish everyone the best in 2021 and a slow return to normal.
FYI: Our office will be closed the 31st-3rd. Outage reports should be directed to the after-hours number only.
Yesterday two of our team members dispatched and climbed the Trafalgar, IN site to replace a DC injector and inspect the trunk lines going up the tower. In the process they captured pictures of all the access gear topside. Some beautiful shots of Cambium 450M, 450i, and 820s units.
This site is fiber fed from the top to the bottom and back to the data center. It can support thousands of customers in the area with low latency and high bandwidth. The 820s units are intended to bring service to Morgantown, IN and offload traffic from any site we deem necessary.
The staff was investigating an extreme voltage drop on one of the nine access points at the site causing the access point to randomly reboot and drop those subs.
Sometimes its fun in the sun and sometimes its hard work!
What do you do with two warm days before the cold comes back. Upgrades! Up we go...
Bob got his Christmas Tree up on the Edinburgh tower just in time for the cold weather. This one is full of wireless decorations.
Happy Holidays!
