"I want to thank you so much for all you are doing to keep the residents at Inver Glen safe and for providing us with updates. Like many people in the country, we are experiencing difficult and challenging times. However, for you and your staff, these challenges are greater than most of us can imagine.
The efforts the Inver Glen team continues making to keep everyone in the community safe, including themselves, while trying to balance the importance of each person's family and friends, does not go unnoticed by our family.
We especially appreciate your efforts to keep love and a sense of family present in our grandmother's life while we can't physically be there. We both understand and respect the choices you must make during these times, and for your staff to go above and beyond for your residents ensures our (very social) grandma is supported.
