I had an amazing experience with my surgery from first appointment to the last. The customer service here is outstanding. The entire office staff was friendly, helpful, and happy - ALL THE TIME. What a great company culture. All of the Drs that helped me throughout the process were very professional, knowledge, and friendly. I must have been asked 100 times “is there anything else I can help you with?” Seriously. The surgery itself was painless, the worst part about the surgery was the anxiety leading up to the day... it really was the worst part. The actually surgery was a little over 30 minutes and there was no pain. I had more pain getting my wisdom teeth pulled. Surgical Dr was great!! She walked me through the entire as they happened which was very comforting. The recovery was a day and I had near perfect vision the next day. I even drove and went about my day as usual. I recommend the SMILE surgery. It’s a life saver. Hats off to the amazing staff, Drs, and company culture.

I’m happy with the results of my laser surgery. I must admit, I was nervous at the beginning, but my nervousness was base on fear of the pain and the fear of going blind.
I was assured right away that it’s painless and no one in the history has gone blind from laser surgery.

from the moment i walked in the door for my initial evaluation, through the surgery, and my follow up everything was wonderful. staff was always polite and helpful. they were careful and exact in their procedures, and the results have been fantastic. i see 20/15 now and will be able to do all of my activities- mountain biking, coaching wrestling, shooting, and teaching without the need for glasses anymore. i know that because i selected to have both eyes set for distance that eventually i will need reading glasses, but that was discussed multiple times and in the end this is the route I chose.
could not recommend IQLV enough.
