David Ghazaryan has been a resident of Las Vegas since 2003 and got his mortgage officer license in 2005. Leaving the mortgage arena temporarily during the Great Recession David founded one of Las Vegas’ largest and most successful tax preparation firms. David contributes his extensive experience in taxation and accounting to his strength as a loan officer. Very much a numbers guy, David enjoys structuring complex mortgage loans and tax planning for his clients. David’s customers have obtained a great variety of home loans including FHA, Conventional, VA and USDA loans. Lone Mortgage, located in west part of Las Vegas, in Spring Valley, funds loans in house which enables record fast closings. Working with several of Las Vegas’ prominent real estate agents, David has successfully closed loans and kept his partner- realtors happy. David has a record of closing loans in under 23 days, well before close of escrow deadline. For those borrowers that do not meet the traditional conforming guidelines, David and Lone Mortgage offer several non-conforming, portfolio loans, such as non-resident mortgages, high-rise condos, bank statement program for self-employed individuals and jumbo loans. They regularly compete with other lenders and come in with lower rates and overall closing costs. David has helped over five thousand individuals and families with their tax returns or mortgages and contributes his success to his motto “you need to put honesty and integrity above all else, if you take care of your clients, your success will take care of itself”.
David considers his daughter Katherine his largest achievement of all.
