Here is my Customer Care Survey Feedback: 1) The office staff was courteous, friend, and understood my needs: Rating 5 Highlighting Caroline who listened patiently on the Tuesday 6/2 when my air went out completely. Caroline quickly scheduled Thursday am as first available schedule for new unit install. She quickly identified an opening in Tuesday's schedule for someone to drop off an air cooler for the bedroom as a temporary fix until Thursday. Craig came same day and couldn't have been nicer. He quickly identified the problem and put in a temp fix that allowed for a temp manual work around allowing for some cooling during the day. 2) Technicians was neat, courteous, professional and respectful of my home: Rating 5 2 Techs arrived within minutes of phone notification they were on their way. Extremely courteous and professional. 3) Techs kept my home clean . Rating 5 Very respectful of my property. Painted the board the inside unit was sitting on and left the garage and exterior in better shape then when they arrived. Despite all the boxes and equipment needed over the length of the install. 4-6) Operation/Explanation/Manual Copies Received manuals and clear instructions including thermostat operation : Rating 5 7) Installation performed to my overall satisfaction: Rating 10 🙂 I worked from home throughout the install and anticipated a much more intrusive install. There were no interruptions and even the noise was minimal. 😎 Invoice was clear and required no explanation. Rating 5 9) All questions answered: Rating 5 10) Overall Satisfaction : Rating 10 From first service phone call to decision to new install, every single Island Air employee treated me like I was a family member or friend who had no air conditioning. I felt 'taken care of'. Pro-actively volunteering to honor a 2019 estimate with 2019 pricing without being asked upon first contact sealed my decision to stop seeking estimates. Island Air provides the type of old time customer service that places the customer first that exists in very few places anymore. I found myself telling friends about the experience because that type of service is so rare. It is a gold standard that other companies should aspire to. 11) Recommend Island Air: Rating 5 No question--Yes! I personally found Island Air from a family recommendation when I first moved here 16 years ago.
