I just want to give a shout-out to Mary Lou in the Munster office. I have two daughters who are patients (one just had her braces removed last week), and since the pandemic began, I've had a variety of questions, but since I can't come into the office, I end up calling Mary Lou for answers -- everything from "Could you help me with this claim that I know you've already filed, but somehow the insurance company lost it" to random questions about treatment that my kids were unable to answer. She has the patience of a saint. She's also extremely knowledgeable. I just want her to know: We appreciate her very much!
