You could only make your cheeseburger better putting it on either a Kaiser roll, Hamburger roll, or Everything Kaiser Roll. Good morning! Today is national noodle day! However, we rather think of it as national Pasta day! As you know, nothing goes better with pasta than are fresh baked bread or rolls. Lucky day for you; today is our dinner roll special buy 12 and get six free, that’s a deal! Enjoy!!
Everybody tells us that our hoagies are the best around no matter where they live! Forget the fact that they are probably more reasonably priced than any chain or DELI. Lets figure out why that is; we all buy and use the same meats & cheeses, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. We all use Oil, vinegar, mayo, mustard etc. We all use the same seasonings salt, pepper, oregano etc. Why do we stand apart from others? It’s pretty obvious to me; it’s the other half of the sandwich, THE BREAD!!! So, if you live so far away that you can’t make it to BUTLER STREET, and your favorite deli sandwich just doesn’t taste right, ask the owner who’s bread they use, If he gives you the wrong answer, tell him he should be using our bread !!  Remember the bread is half the sandwich! Thank you.
Happy Friday everyone!! When people pick food up at McDonald’s, they say they cannot leave the french fries alone they are so good when they are hot, but did you know that if you pick up fresh bread and rolls from our bakeries, your car will fill with an aroma that will smell better than McDonald’s french fries and you will not leave the bread alone. Did you know that we have been accused by many wives and girlfriends of making our stick bread with no ends! That is because the men in their lives tell me that they break off the ends of the bread before they get home because they can’t resist the smell! I love hearing that because I am guilty of not leaving the french fries alone, but, obviously, I work at the bakery and I don’t have to eat the ends of the bread before I get home, happy wife-happy life! Lol
Good morning everyone! I want to remind all the fundraiser organizations that you can raise money for your favorite charity by working with us to make your Thanksgiving pies. It’s simple, we do all the baking & boxing and you pick them up, give them out & make the money! If the order is big enough, we can deliver them right to you! We have been told this is the easiest & fastest way to make money for your school or favorite charity.
Halloween 1/4 sheet cakes are coming into our stores now! Cupcakes are there too. Get them early because we have limited supplies due to COVID restricting parties in schools etc.
Don’t forget us on Halloween Saturday. Bring the kids in costume & get a dinner roll & cookie FREE! They do love them!!

I want to take a moment on this very busy day to thank our loyal customers for the constant patience. We realize that there are lines outside of our stores which can stretch for hundreds of feet, especially this year with the 6 foot distance. We do our best to get the products out for you in a timely manner so that you do not wait for an extended period of time. When I woke up this morning I couldn’t believe it was pouring down rain! Apparently just another notch in the belt of 2020 and what you had to endure. When I came to work at MERCERVILLE this morning even before the doors open the line stretched to Ace Hardware, I take that as a personal complement and appreciate your steadfast loyalty. Remember, all of us wake up every day to serve you fresh quality products. We also know that good Food will get us through this pandemic with smiles on our face. Enjoy your day! for those of you who know the MERCERVILLE shopping center that line is stretched around that corner past the dentist!! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!!
