Mississippi parents are now able to print completed immunization records at home using MyIR Mobile!! 🎉👏
MyIR Mobile is a free, convenient way to see if your child is up-to-date or needs their next vaccination. If up-to-date, a certified Form 121 can be downloaded and printed. If your child is not fully up-to-date, give our office a call to get those scheduled!! 👶😍
