Melissa is our office manager and has been an incredible member of the Ivey & Eggleston team for six years. Melissa has a passion for customer service and carries that into all aspects of her office manager role. She manages all of our day-to-day operations as well as developing and leading the creation and implementation of our office processes. Melissa has a positive attitude and constantly finds ways to solve any problem, big or small.
Title Search Assistant - Real Estate
---Summary---
Primary responsibility of the Title Search Assistant is to assist the Real Estate department with researching Titles, preparing Preliminaries, and preparing Finals.
The person in this position must be detail-oriented, have strong organization skills, be able to work within tight timeframes and be able to juggle multiple work requests simultaneously without being stressed.
This is a full-time position and will be located in our Asheboro, NC office. Traveling to courthouses in surrounding counties will be required.
---Education/Experience---
- 1 year of title work experience preferred or at least have working knowledge of title searches.
- Familiar with the AOC system and judgments.
---Skills/Competencies---
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- High level of organization and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize projects daily.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aysha graduated from George Mason University in May 2017 and from Elon University School of Law in December 2019.
