IVP at The Beach House strives to be your new happy place in Colorado Springs! We host sand volleyball leagues on both casual and competitive levels on our 12 sand courts. We are also a full bar & grill. Stop in for lunch, dinner, drinks and a great time. You can host your next event our party at our space, we welcome private events and corporate buyouts. We have a 75 cent lunch special and we are the place to be for football action this fall. Come in for weekend brunch with bottomless mimosas, trivia Tuesdays, live music, games, and parties! We are fun in the sun on the only beachfront you'll find in Colorado Springs!

Happy New Year everyone! Only 60 more days until IVP at The Beach House opens for Volleyball Season! The Beach House re-opens March 1st and Spring leagues are set to begin April 5th! Remember, IVP at The Beach House is the largest outdoor facility in Colorado Springs, with 2.6 acres (that's 2 football fields!) of clean, fresh, outdoor space to play in. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
