Iyengar Yoga Source is a fully equipped yoga studio located at 1155 Westminster St., Suite 201 west of downtown Providence. We have a rope wall and all the tools of practice needed for your use during classes. The average class size is about 8-10 students, however a few classes fall outside of this range. We have 800 square feet of practice space, plus a prop room, a lobby, and an entrance where coats and shoes are stored. We first began teaching in Rhode Island in February, 2004.
Classes can be taken as a "session" where one signs up for a particular time slot and then takes advantage of our liberal make up policy should a class be missed. Classes may also be taken as "drop ins" except for brand new beginner students. This enables us to maintain a high quality of instruction for those beginners who are new to yoga.
