In my practice, I see the person in four identifiably separate ways: physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally, intricately formed into a single being. Mental and emotional difficulties stem from factors like past and present experiences, genetics and environment, and a person's abilities and motivation to change. No one knows you better than you, so I will assist in your awareness and learning of yourself in these four areas to facilitate mental and emotional growth. I will never be the expert on you but I'd be honored to serve you through counseling.
