LABOR DAY SCHEDULE- WEEK OF 9/7
This is just a reminder that all Frederick County residential customers will be serviced one day later due to the holiday. If you live within an HOA or in Montgomery County the schedule may differ. You may contact our office to get the schedule or send us a message. 301-898-2109. Our office will be closing early Friday 9/4 at 3:30pm and will be closed on Monday 9/7. We will return with normal business hours on Tuesday and will respond to all emails and messages upon arrival. Have a wonderful holiday weekend!
Frederick County residential billing has been mailed out. Just a reminder that our billing address has changed to 2504 Back Acre Circle Mount Airy MD 21771. Bills are due on September 31st.

VETERANS DAY SCHEDULE- WEEK OF 11/9
All Frederick County customers who are serviced on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will be serviced one day later. If you live within an HOA the schedule may differ. You may contact your HOA or our office to receive your schedule. All Frederick County yard waste customers with a regular pick up day of Wednesday will be slid to Saturday.
Montgomery County customers will not be affected as the Montgomery County Transfer Station will still be in operation on Veterans Day.
THANKSGIVING DAY SCHEDULE
There will be no collections on Thursday, November, 26th. Frederick County Thursday only customers will be picked up on Friday, and Friday only customers will be picked up Saturday.
Montgomery County: Thursday only customers will be picked up on Friday, and Friday only customers will be picked up on the normal collection day. (Friday)
Your collection day will not be affected if you are on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday route.

UPDATE: Thursday 12/17/20 - We will not be collecting any individual subscription customers in Frederick County today. The rural streets/back roads are too dangerous, and not cleared enough at this time to run our trucks. Once a week individual customers will slide back one day. We will do our best to collect in Montgomery County, but expect many roads and areas to be unsafe. Twice a week pickups will be skipped until the next regular day, once per week pickups should be picked up when the weather cooperates.
WEATHER UPDATE: We have closed our offices and have begun removing our trucks from the road. 90% of our Wednesday routes were complete. If your trash was not collected, please leave it out, and we should resume collections when the weather subsides/roads become safe.
Thursday customers should assume NORMAL OPERATIONS for tomorrow, until told otherwise. We will continue to monitor the storm, road conditions, and landfill status and update accordingly.

WEATHER UPDATE: At this point in time, we will be operating on normal schedule, Wednesday, 12/16/20. We are asking all residents to make sure there trash is placed out the night before your normal pickup day. Due to the impending snow storm, we will be running additional trucks on the road to hopefully complete our routes before the roads become unsafe. Your normal collection time could fluctuate.
We will post an update should our operating status change.
NEW YEARS & CHRISTMAS SCHEDULE
If you live in Frederick or Montgomery County and are serviced once per week on Friday (residential customer), you will be serviced on Saturday. If you live in Frederick or Montgomery County and are serviced twice per week (residential customer), your Friday pick up will most likely be skipped. This schedule is for most areas.
If you live in an HOA that we service, your property management company has been notified with the schedule. Please contact them for the schedule as contracts differ.
Our office will be closing at noon on Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas and New Years Day. Happy Holidays!

Weather Update 2/2/21 - Frederick County Monday Individual Customers - We are trying to collect our Monday routes today, however the majority of the roads are still unserviceable and unsafe for our trucks to be on. We are doing the best we can. If you are a Monday only customer, and you aren't serviced today, you will be serviced on your next regular collection day. Any extra trash you have will be collected next week if this happens to you. We will start our Tuesday only customer routes tomorrow, Wednesday, 2/3/21.

Winter Weather Advisory Update:
No Frederick County individual customers will be collected on Monday 2/1 due to the inclement weather. Collections will slide one day for these Frederick County individual customers. We are currently doing our best to collect HOA and community routes in Frederick and Montgomery Counties. However, these may not be completed due to the road conditions. There will also be no roll-off dumpster service today. Stay safe and have a wonderful snow day!

Today, 2/11/21, all trucks are running. Pick-up times will fluctuate what you may know as your "regular time". Some neighborhoods and/or roads may not be accessible to our trucks due to road conditions. Thank you and stay safe.
WEATHER UPDATE 2/18/21- We will NOT be operating in Frederick or Montgomery county on Thursday, 2/18/21 due to inclement weather. Our offices will be closed.
INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS: All once a week Frederick and Montgomery Thursday only customers will slide to Friday. Frederick county Friday only customers will slide to Saturday. Montgomery County Friday only customers will not be affected.
HOA'S/MUNICIPALITIES: All TWICE a week customers that have a Thursday pickup will be skipped until next regular collection day. Lake Linganore and Landsdale Friday pickups will be pushed to Saturday. Town of Brunswick pickups will slide 1 day. Town of Myersville/Mt. Airy routes will not be affected. If you have specific questions about your HOA/Town pickup, please reach out to your property manager.
