We worked with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) to establish the F2158 standard, which is now used industry-wide. This standard specification establishes test methods and requirements for plastic tubing and fittings used in central vacuum systems. All tubes and fittings must be homogenous and free from visible defects, as well as meet critical requirements for impact strength, tube dimensions, and fitting dimensions, among others. In addition to helping establish these standards, our tubing is independently tested, inspected, and certified by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO). The highest levels of quality are assured by audits of our facilities and scrutiny of our quality assurance programs, guaranteeing that all of our work is absolutely to standard for all building inspectors.
Using premium quality materials such as rigid PVC, flex PVC, and ABS, we offer custom central vacuum tubing systems that fulfill virtually any specification.
