Due to the recent thefts we have had a change in protocol. We now have security at both the Springfield location and at the new Southport locations. We now are asking that our customers be patient in the longer wait times. Some of the people working for us are no longer with us. We also will give a daily reminder for ✔ that everyone should do for your vehicle.
Please be very understanding with regards to our workers in this heat. We are pleased to announce that we have found 2 people that had stolen our property. They are both in jail and will be prosecuted. The long wait on the one from a while back that had stolen our truck is still slow going. The other 2 thefts hit our company hard. So all in all 5 thefts and two jailed one awaiting trial so pretty good. We are strong but disheartened about the lack of thieves in our midst.
Please be mindful there is still a $50. service fee but if we fix your vehicle we waive the service fee and all you owe for is parts & labor. We do get discounts on our parts and pass them on to our wonderful customers. Thank you for your business and may you be safe & blessed. Howard is continuing his repair business but he has limited scheduling times. Please be mindful he is only one man. Please check your coolant and add antifreeze when needed.
Yes Howard is still the master mechanic. He is presently moving to Southport on Hwy 77 across from Tractor Supply Company.
Remember it will be heating up soon. Check your fluids and stop when you see a ✔ engine light. Howard is working hard as hard as he can so be mindful of rescheduling appointments.
Remember to check your fluids during this up coming rise in temps. Always watch for new lights on your dash starting to glow.
Remember the sooner you pull over once your engine light comes on the less damage. Also remember everyone wants the master mechanic to fix there car. However he is only one person. Sometimes he has to have one of the other mechanics do the repairs but don't stress. Have a blessed day.
