I give this Jack 5 stars because I've gotten great customer service drive thru more than a few times and today I was able to see a name tag of the person....
Your usual jack in the box , but they always ask me to go in reverse at the drive thru. Some fast food places do that. The Taco Bell I go to does that as well.
