Full time Mechanic needed in Lebanon, Ohio:
We offer a workweek in a facility with state-of-the-art equipment.
We are looking for an individual who shares our values of outstanding customer service, teamwork, good character, quality workmanship, positive attitude with the motivation to succeed. The right candidate must be open to learning new technical information to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive technology with company-provided training.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 3-years of experience as an Automotive Repair Technician required. (ASE preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal.
• Must have tools, be proficient at navigating modern scan tools, be proficient at using windows based technical
resources, be proficient using a modern Visu-liner alignment machine or be willing to commit to training.
Types of work:
* Domestic and Domestic Imports. (Full)
* Some MD commercial fleet (Minor Services)
* Government Fleet Contract (Full)
* Tires, Brakes, Alignments, Suspension, HVAC, Collision suspension rebuild, Engines, Transmissions,
Minor to Major under hood.
Obligations:
* Technician will be assigned a work area that is equipped with lifts, and other related equipment necessary to the tasks assigned but is fully dedicated and not shared.
* Will be required to keep area clean and functional
* Shop will provide Diagnostics Equipment such as scan tools, some specialty tools, on-line reference materials and subscriptions required for making diagnostic conclusions and repairs.
* Technician will be obligated to conduct themselves in a professional manor and convey repair processes to a service advisor.
* Monday - Friday 8-5 and Saturday 8-2
