Steve the Rabbit September 18 at 10:58 AM · Jammie's Environmental, Inc. does so much for Lower Columbia School Gardens, it's hard to imagine where we'd be without their on-going support. Jammie's regularly send their crew, trucks, trailers, and equipment to help us out, excavating for new gardens, hauling wood chips and compost all over town, repairing our trailers (they even bought us a storage trailer last year!). They have also moved garden sheds, installed a gravel driveway, and help haul supplies for our Fall Gathering each year. Whew! If that weren't enough, we're so grateful that Jammie's Environmental, Inc. will be providing ingredients and cooking tools for our virtual Recipe Lesson kits this fall. Stay tuned for more info about how to participate in those fun virtual events. Jammie's Environmental, Inc., thank you so very much for your partnership and support! We appreciate you!

We can't wait to see everyone! Longview Parks and Recreation 8 hrs · We are so excited to be hosting a Trick or Treat Walk at the Lake on Halloween, Saturday, Oct 31, from 2-4PM! Local businesses will have booths and hand out treats at Lake Sacajawea, so don your spookiest costumes and come join the fun! All participants and visitors will be required to practice social distancing and wear masks. We are hiring for the Longview and Tacoma area! Job Description: Driver/Operators must be able to safely drive and operate heavy diesel trucks such as roll-off, vacuum, dump, or tanker with the ability to perform the activities associated with the particular truck. Also may be required to operate ultra-high pressure pumps associated with hydroblasting operations. These tasks include roles associated with hazardous and non-hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment & facility decontamination, industrial tank cleaning and water blasting. No experience is required! We provide you with the necessary training and tools for your career development along with opportunities for advancement.
