Jan Rystrom is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. She completed a BS in nutrition at Western Washington University and a dietetic internship at the University of Washington. She is dedicated to diabetes care. She believes in supporting people to have confidence in taking small steps to make lasting life-style changes.
