I understand the anger and frustration with what use to be a simple trip to the grocery store.
I went the other day after sheltering for weeks in my home. I discovered that breathing with a N95 mask was almost unbearable. I cut my shopping short and it was hard to be patient with others as I was close to panic. I realized in that moment if people get angry and lash out I must be understanding of the fact we are all dealing with the trouble getting what we need to get done and be able to actually breath while doing it.
Advice for shopping:
- Keep you list short
-Give your self plenty of time to get you necessities.
-Give yourself breathing breaks
-Remind yourself that others around you could be very agitated, anxious and ready to just want to blow behind that mask.
We are all under stress and let’s give each other Grace🌺

Just moved to Southern California. Will have my new office address up soon. I will be working in an office on a ranch out of Norco: "Horsetown USA" Looking to do more therapy with the assistance of horses. It is amazing what happens in therapy when you add the relationship with horses.
