It has the word corn in it. Doesn’t that pass for my daily vegetable intake? Asking for a friend…
Let’s play a game of this or that!
Would you decorate your table with a more modern rustic table setting (top) or more traditional table setting full of fall-typical colors (bottom)? 👇
🔥 Hot design tip: add candles to instantly warm-up (literally and figuratively) any room.
Not to mention, lightly scented ones will add even more of an inviting, comfortable vibe to your home.
What are your favorite candles to get for your home? 👇
There are three stages of #coffee consumption during a home-buying process:
1️⃣ Casual coffee while you and your real estate agent get to know each other. Sips are very respectful or used as a prop to help you think. You’re optimistic.
2️⃣ You frantically chug your third coffee trying to remember all the terminology your real estate agent taught you, organizing your pro-and-con list, and realizing that if you want your dream home you’d have to have at least 27 rooms and have 27x the amount of savings.
3️⃣ You calmly sip your coffee as you sign the very last document on Closing Day. Sips are now a breath of fresh air again, but… maybe you take a break from the caffeine and get some sleep now.
What stage are you at? 😂
Flowers, chocolates, and gift cards are all thoughtful presents of gratitude, but what melts a real estate agent’s heart the most? When they’re referred.
So thank you so much to everyone who has referred — it means the world and beyond for your trust and praise. ❤️

What can a #RealEstateAgent bring to the table that a #ForSaleByOwner (#FSBO) can’t?
Besides basically being a therapist (how did real estate agents get roped into that by the way?), they are trained to be...
✅ Experts at marketing
✅ Excellent negotiators
✅ Have a trained background and experience working in the field
So, while tempting to be your own seller to mitigate lost commission costs, you run the risk of not getting the maximum profit out of your home, or worse — missing the mark completely and not being able to make the sale.
👻 Halloween is just around the corner — what has been your best Halloween costume so far?
Everyone could always use more spice and everything nice.
Do something nice for your local businesses and share your favorite place to get a PSL or apple cider so everyone can get some of that spice!
What if you absolutely fell in love with a home — it checks off every single checkbox on your wish list. ✅
But then you discovered that several people had moved out because they heard strange noises. And they couldn’t shake off this chilling feeling they got as soon as they moved in. That's when you discovered that it could be haunted...
Would you still buy it? 👀
According to the top realtor resources, fall is a great season of the year to buy or sell #realestate because of the decreased competition yet increased demand from buyers.
Plus, not to mention the added bonus of having Mother Nature naturally decorate your curb appeal with beautiful fall colors! 😉
Did you buy or sell a house in the fall?
When selling a house, one of the most important things to AVOID ⚠️ is setting too high of a price for your home.
You may have a lot of pride in your home (and rightfully so!), but asking for a price that is well beyond your home’s market value can really hurt your chances of selling your house in a timely fashion.
This is also why #RealEstateAgents can be helpful: they will help you do some market research and offer suggestions on a realistic price.
There are two things to be very thankful for this holiday season:
1️⃣ Your business. Without your continuous support, this business would not be possible! So thank you so much for your engagement, referrals, views, likes, and everything else. It means the world!
2️⃣ Elastic waistbands. Could you even get through the holidays without elastic? 😂
🖌️ A quick, easy holiday design tip: Add some traditional seasonal accents to your holiday #tablescape such as acorns, mini pumpkins, and/or vibrant foliage 🍂 to liven up the table and put your guests in the holiday mood.
How do you usually decorate your table? 👇
If the next event penciled into your calendar is #ClosingDay, then congrats! 🎉 Getting to closing day often can feel like an impossible feat. So you definitely deserve to kick up your feet and celebrate the huge accomplishment!
💭 Did you know? You can borrow from your 401(k) to finance your home purchase!
While not necessarily the first option you should turn to, it can be done.
According to Investipedia.com, it’s best to borrow from your 401(k) rather than withdrawing from it. Even though you will have to pay yourself back, taking out a loan typically won’t incur early withdrawal penalties or necessitate income tax on the amount taken out.
Do you find yourself coming home every day, wishing you had just a little bit more space to kick up your feet and relax?
What’s holding you back from calling your real estate agent to do exactly that?
It’s time that you finally stop settling and find a space that works with your lifestyle. 🏠 🙌
Investing in a home can be an intimidating thought, but trust that your bank account (and future self) will thank you later. 👍
Though it’s tempting to wait for that “perfect” moment to start something, the truth is: there’s no moment like right now.
Happy #MLKDay, everyone!
