We had a very exciting day at HTFD yesterday. Both Alpha units had the Styker Powerload system installed, which assists loading and unloading of patients out of the Alpha units. Alpha 1 and 2 have had the Styker Power-Pro cots, which use a push button hydraulic system to safely lift and lower our stretchers. Each stretcher can safely lift and carry 750 lbs. These systems will significantly reduce the potential for back injuries.
Congratulations on your retirement 馃帀
