To All of My Ameriprise Clients: Due to the ongoing healthcare crisis brought on by the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are following guidance from the Federal government and various regulators and company officers to practice Social Distancing. This entails both myself and team members working from home with limited time spent in the office on an as-needed basis only. Thus, our physical office will be closed until further notice, and all meetings will be held over the phone or using web-conferencing. My e-mail will be monitored throughout the day during this turbulent time, and as often as possible I'll be checking my voicemails. I am setting up a home office that should allow us to stay in touch and carry out normal operations and address your concerns and needs. Our corporate office will also remain available during its normal business hours, and that support phone number is listed on your statements. I hope that all of this is temporary and we can return to our everyday lives as soon as this crisis is either resolved or becomes manageable, whether it takes weeks, months or longer. During this time I wish you and your loved ones the best, and I am grateful for the chance to work with you, in hard times and in the good times that we will have in the future. Thank you, stay safe, and don't hesitate to reach out anytime, if only to check in and talk. Sincerely, Jason
