On behalf of Java Bistro, I would like to assure you that in times of uncertainty, the health and safety of our customers remains our highest priority.
Those affected by COVID-19 (coronavirus) are in our prayers while we closely watch the evolving situation.
I would like to take the time to inform you of the proactive steps Java Bistro is taking to ensure the safety in our establishment.
For over 13 years, Java Bistro has maintained a high level of quality and cleanliness. That same commitment endures, and we have also enacted additional measures. Specifically, we are:
• Adhering to our deep-cleaning procedures every day
• Ensuring high-touch areas (doorknobs/handles, seating, tables, bathroom fixtures) are sanitized throughout the day and at closing
• Solely utilizing to-go cups
• Continuing to use paper menus
• No longer placing condiments on each table; instead, offering those individually to each customer and sanitizing after every use
• Supplying individually wrapped disposable utensils at the request of customers (regular utensils available and sanitized after use to the standards of DHEC)
• Ensuring that our cooks use gloves when handling food
• Increasing our practice of handwashing in accordance with the CDC’s handwashing guidelines
• Monitoring and supporting employees in staying home from work if they are sick
More than ever, we are proud to honor our commitment to cleanliness and will make every effort to guarantee our valued customers feel confident dining with us. Should you wish to practice social distancing, call in orders available for pick up in the drive through are a safe option.
