Jay E. Yasen, MD, is a neurologist specializing in vascular neurology and neurocritical care an assistant professor of clinical neurology at Weill Cornell Medicine.
Dr. Yasen graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he was awarded for the outstanding teaching of medical students and inducted into the Leo M. Davidoff Society. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Columbia University Medical Center and remained there for his residency in neurology.
Dr. Yasen is board certified in neurology and vascular neurology and certified in neurociritcal care. He presented his research at medical conferences, committee meetings, and has published case studies. Dr. Yasen was selected of on the New York Magazine and Castle Connolly Top Doctors. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Heart Association, stroke Council, and the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society.
