Born in Avellino Italy, Pascarella said he began training as a cabinetmaker when he was a young boy. He went to school to learn the trade, and worked in his father’s shop.
After immigrating to the U.S. at age 17, Pascarella said, he and his father opened a cabinet shop in Trenton. Over the years, it grew from 500 square feet to 10,000 square feet, and he learned other aspects of home remodeling as he went along.
