Serving Central Illinois since 1986.
Jean S. Graff, MS, NCC, LCPC, has offered counseling services to individuals and couples in the Peoria area since 1986.
I have always enjoyed listening to others, so to have the opportunity to listen and assist a client as they share their experiences and concerns is a privilege I treat with utmost respect. My practice style is insight oriented with the belief that one's life experiences and events are connected and impact one's current life situation. By identifying that impact, understanding past behavioral patterns, one can change their response to the current stressful situation. The ability to change old response patterns usually improves one's ability to manage stress, difficult relationships, and other life events.
I have extensive experience in working with clients who were sexually victimized at some point in their history. However, I do work with a variety of mental health issues and concerns.
Located at the intersection of Knoxville Avenue and Sheridan Road, the office setting is warm and comforting with its natural light, plants and a view of the Kellar Branch bike trail. It is on the second floor, top of the stairs, and parking is adjacent to the building.
Please leave a message in my confidential voicemail and I will return your call. Clients are seen Tuesday – Thursday, but messages are checked daily and calls are returned promptly.
