Do you love talking to people on the phone? Helping people? Solving problems? We are a small Allstate insurance agency and have been in Elk Grove for nearly 17 years.
Your role is at the front desk. Most of the time you are the first point of contact for our customers. On the phone or the occasional walk in . Duties include taking payments (no cash), making policy changes, answering questions, taking claim reports and more.
What you bring? Strong work ethic, customer service experience, great phone skills, ability to think on your feet and know when to ask a question. MS Office knowledge.
We are woking in the office. Only two of us there currently and one person is in private office. Masks required for customers and for staff when a customer is present. Hand sanitizer provided.
Fully paid health insurance for employee. PTO and paid holidays.
Property/Casualty or Personal lines insurance license preferred. If you don't have one you will be required to get one before starting position.
