Drafting and Design Service
Jeffery A Hinderer, Inc. is unique in that we offer Design and Drafting Services to other builders as well as to homeowners. Our associate, Kelly H. Krout, has been professionally designing houses for builders and homeowners since 1987. Her hand-drawn blueprints are works of art as well as an effective communication tool that translates the homeowners' dreams into working construction plans. With Jeff's input Kelly will design a home that stays within your budget. For homeowners who are shopping for a builder, we ask only that you allow us the opportunity to bid on designs we create.
