A couple weeks ago I mentioned that we have the best teams in the country. Today, I received confirmation of said claim. 2019 was our 6th attempt of chasing my goal of a perfect score on how Allstate judges their 10,000+ agencies. Although the first 5 years we qualified in the top 2% each year, it wasn't quiet enough for what I knew we were capable of doing. Each year, we've tweaked a few processes, added people to our team and acquired new locations. On our 6th attempt, not only did we finally achieve a perfect score.....we finished #1 in the entire country.
I've debated back and forth on whether to post this or not. Everyone has their Facebook life and it's always bragging and shining only on the good. But what my team just accomplished is one that deserves acknowledgement.
The first 6 years has been one hell of a ride for two guys that met at the Orange table in kindergarten. There's absolutely no way we would be able to be where we are without each individual always doing what's best for the team and client before doing what's best for themselves. So when I say that we have the best team in the country, yeah......we do.
