Jennifer D. Varga Profile
Jennifer D. Varga is an attorney with Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. Ms. Varga attended the College of New Jersey where she received her BA in psychology. Thereafter, Ms. Varga worked with the Catholic Charities Organization as an Intake Coordinator responsible for coordinating outpatient mental health services for children and families in Ocean and Monmouth Counties in New Jersey. During her time at Catholic Charities, part of Ms. Varga’s responsibilities included coordinating therapeutic services for clients, organizing and scheduling anger management programs for clients and serving as a key supervisor for complex parental supervised visitation programs ordered by the court for the safety and protection of children.
Ms. Varga then attended Widener University School of Law to pursue a legal career in the field of family law. During her time at Widener University School of Law, Ms. Varga was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and National Order of Barristers. Ms. Varga graduated Widener University School of Law and was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar that year.
After her law school graduation, Ms. Varga served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James McGann, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, Family Part. Ms. Varga has dedicated her entire legal practice to divorce and family law matters. Ms. Varga is also trained in the alternative dispute resolution method of collaborative divorce, which better enables her to avoid litigation through this non-adversarial settlement process.
Ms. Varga is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Monmouth County Bar Association and she has volunteered her time as an Early Settlement Panelist in Monmouth County Family Court.
