I specialize in peripheral nerve surgery, with a focus on injury to and reconstruction of the network of nerves that conducts signals from the spinal cord to the shoulder, arm and hand. I treat patients with epilepsy and pain syndromes, including facial pain. Patients with these complex and challenging neurological illnesses require thoughtful, detailed and effective multi-disciplinary evaluation and treatment. At Dartmouth-Hitchcock, I am proud to be part of an outstanding neuroscience team.
I believe that we can make a difference in our patients’ lives by providing expert, technically excellent, compassionate care. Honest, direct communication, and listening are good medicine. Surgery is not always the answer and the best outcome is one that is most meaningful and beneficial for the patient. I value my patients’ time, respect their choices, and honor their trust.
