Jennifer has successfully handled high-profile federal and state court litigation whether by consulting, assisting or taking charge as lead counsel. Her experience as a professional athlete allows Jennifer to bring a unique skill to the courtroom.
She often partners with other law firms to provide pre-trial strategy consulting, as well as trial and jury consulting in multi-million dollar civil cases and some high-profile criminal cases where parties are well-known. In addition, Jennifer is often asked to provide ongoing legal consulting and contract drafting review services on an international, national and statewide level.
Jennifer can handle cases from the start through trial and any necessary appeals. She is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
As an active member of the American Bar Association, The Federal Bar Association of the 5th Circuit, the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Dallas County Bar Association, Jennifer has been appointed to sit on various committees for these associations.
Jennifer gives back to the community volunteering her legal services with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. She is also an active member in various national and statewide volunteer mock trial programs for teens and law school students.
