Jennifer Park, MD, is board certified in Family Medicine and provides a range of primary care services.
After earning her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Dr. Park completed her residency at Lancaster General Hospital, where she served as chief resident and won the Resident Teacher Award from the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine. She remained at Lancaster to complete her fellowship in Population Health and trained in a specialized clinic that offered primary care, medical, and social services to patients with frequent hospital admissions. During this time, she graduated with her master of public health degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Dr. Park is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Family Medicine Education Consortium. She has been the recipient of several awards and honors, including the Excellence in Teaching Award and Role Model Award from Hershey Medical Center Family Medicine.
Dr. Park has conducted research, published and presented work on a variety of topics including the role of community health workers in emergency settings, medical adherence, and obesity. She is experienced in inpatient and outpatient care in both rural and urban communities and has provided medical services to adult and general pediatric populations.
Dr. Park and her husband enjoy raising their two daughters in Westchester. Her family enjoys local parks, farmers markets, gardening, cooking, and board games.
