And that's 30! After a slow start to the year surrounding COVID setbacks, we have been actively working with Habitat for Humanity to continue our mission of donating 100 roofs to their organization.

We've been getting more buzz down in the Milwaukee area as our branch is expanding. This specific project took place in West Bend!
After traveling many miles, adjusting their dress code and enduring scorching temperatures, our crew finished up a gigantic project for Team Fabricators, LLC in Port Arthur, Texas.
Our crew finished these roofs a week before Hurricane Laura. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by her presence, and we hope that you may stay safe during these trying times.

In case you haven't heard, JF Lopez opened a second location earlier this year in Milwaukee to better service our customers in Southeastern Wisconsin! Recently, our crew headed to Slinger to put a shingle roof on this beautiful house.
Another day, another beautiful roof! As our busy season is in full swing, our crew at JF Lopez is working diligently to give our customers the best service possible!
Here are some shots from during and after one of our recent projects from here in Fond du Lac where we used GAF HDZ shingles in the color hunter green and used GAF Cobra Intake Pro venting in order to provide proper ventilation for the home, which is a material we don't use very often, but this was a special case!

Earlier this week, our crew was in Menomonee Falls putting on a new garage roof. For this project, we used CertainTeed shingles in the shade mint frost in order to match the customer's shingles on their house!

With the Thanksgiving holiday quickly approaching, we want to invite you to join us in the "food business." Due to meal services being cancelled because of COVID-19 at St. Mary & St. John Parishes in Menasha and Immanuel Trinity Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac, we have paired up with the The Salvation Army of Fond du Lac to donate Thanksgiving turkeys. Many families in the community are in need of food donations, and there are many amazing organizations within our community that are leading this initiative.
The Fond du Lac Salvation Army, in particular, serves between 50,000-60,000 pounds of food each month to families in need.

Since the very beginning at JF Lopez, the goal has been to βπΈπππΆππ πΆ ππππΆπΈπ ππ» ππ½πΎπΈπ½ πππ πππΆππΉπΈπ½πΎππΉπππ ππΎππ π·π π
ππππΉ.β With this in mind, we dreamed big and set a big goal back in 2015. Our dream, πΏπππΆπΈπ π£π’π’, consists of donating labor to install 100 roofs for Habitat for Humanity homes.
So far, weβre 35% of the way there, and our big dream has changed the livesβ of 35 families.
We challenge you to dream big and make a difference in someone's life also.
Recently, our crew spent the day at the Fond du Lac High School to work with the students of the Architecture, Construction and Engineering (ACE) program to help sheather the roof for their garage project.
Thank you to the Eastern Ridge Home Builders Association and the staff at the FDL High School that made this happen and continue to support the young generation of future builders!

John and Jolly came to the US 4 years ago after spending 13 years in a refugee camp in the Congo. Here's a quick before and after look at a job our crew completed in Dousman, just west of Milwaukee.
We repaired the trusses around the skylights, and in other areas we built up the height of the roof in order to give it proper ventiliatioin to prevent future issues such as ice damming.

With another year winding down, we wanted to share a recap of how weβve been working toward leaving our legacy in as many communities as possible.
Here is a look at some commercial and residential jobs ranging in location from Medford to Milwaukee area, all the way down to Texas.
Bart claimed he was eating venison sausage but Rudolph caught him coming out of Old Wisconsin Company Store when the crew was working in Sheboygan. No wonder he keeps getting coal.
We expected St. Nick to drop off Elf like he did last year, so we put out a stocking for him. Imagine our surprise when we came across a blinking, red light in his stocking instead!
Elf must have been too naughty to join us in all our JF Lopez fun, so he sent Rudolph instead!
Looks like St. Nick visited our building while we were away for the weekend and left all of our employees some goodies in their stockings!
For the last four years, Bart has gotten coal in his stocking. This year, he was optimistic that there would be diamonds left for him. Better luck next year, Bart!
Rudolph stopped at our job in Menomonee Falls, when he decided to take a break and have some fun.
Rudolph decided to visit the Heidel House, a recent roof project in Green Lake to ask Luis if the crew has been good.
Rudolph followed Bart to Connie's Diner where Wally (aka: The Grinch) would have made him the blue plate special -venison cutlets, if Connie didn't step in and save him
When the crew was working in Milwaukee they noticed a taillight went out, so they grabbed Rudolph as a temporary fix.

Rudolph showed up on a small Fond du lac job and taught our crew a "Reindeer Game."
We asked Rudolph to check out our beautiful roofs to help prevent Santa's sleigh from damaging them Christmas eve. Rudolph will be reporting back to Santa. We think everyone at JF Lopez has been good... with a couple exceptions.

Getting sympathy from the ladies after he froze his tongue this morning.
Rudolph stopped out at a jobsite in Fond du lac, he was curious and ended up getting his tongue frozen to the metal. It wasn't the crew's fault but they rescued him and got him some hot chocolate to warm up.
