It's #TipTuesday, and we asked Farm, Ranch and Crop Producer Dean Kamerzel at our Scottsbluff location for some advice.
"Now that harvest is complete, it is a good time to bring in those scale tickets & settlement sheets to report your crop production for the 2020 crop year. The end of the insurance period on corn is December 10th. If there is a shortage of production, we must be notified as soon as harvest is complete so we can file a notice of loss. Don't lose out on a claim payment because you didn't file your notice in time."
