Good morning to all of our wonderful patients!
We are so excited to be fully open, and wanted to let you know some of the extra precautions we are taking to protect our patients and ourselves during this time.
In addition to practicing under CDC guidelines, we have implemented the following changes:
-Removed all toys/magazines from reception area.
-Daily temperature checks upon arrival for patients and staff.
-Having patients wait in their car instead of the reception area prior to their appointments.
-Requiring masks for all staff and patients when not receiving dental treatment.
-Use of N-95 respirators and face shields by clinicians.
-Prescreening of all patients prior to their appointment.
-Having all patients complete a pre-procedural rinse that reduces pathogens in the mouth and aerosols produced by dental treatment.
We are also frequently disinfecting all door knobs and hard surfaces, providing private operatories to ensure social distancing between patients, and using disposable and single-use supplies whenever possible.

What has been your biggest takeaway from the past year?
