Our team helped Texas Advocacy Project receive an Allstate Foundation Helping Hands grant of $6,000 that will help the nonprofit continue to serve domestic violence survivors in our community. Domestic violence and financial abuse affect every community, including ours. Using tools provided through The Allstate Foundation Purple Purse initiative, Texas Advocacy Project can help empower survivors on the path to safety and security.
My office is collecting supplies for Texas Advocacy Project, a local domestic violence nonprofit organization. The Cure Starts Now received a $44,000 The Allstate Foundation #HelpingHands grant on behalf of our efforts to help the nonprofit work to find a cure for pediatric cancer. Assisting others in the Austin community helps us all to progress, so we were proud to contribute to the work of The Cure Starts Now and Team Brock. #BringOutTheGood
