Joanna's passion for cancer care stems from caring for her grandfather who underwent surgeries and treatments while she was a teenager. She has been caring for cancer patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings since 2005. Her main goal is to support patients through their own individual journeys as they navigate through cancer prognosis, treatment, and survivorship care. She enjoys being involved in clinical trials and in her free time she fund raises for various cancer non-profit organizations.
