This person is in charge of making sure all deadlines are met, email correspondence with all sides of a transaction, and files are kept in order and updated. The marketing side of the job includes creating ads, updating monthly mailers, putting together client gifts, helping with client appreciation parties, and maintaining company's Facebook page. Previous real estate office experience, knowledge of Canva, or other marketing software a plus.
