Looking for an HVAC technician with education and/or applied experience in the trade (must have listed references). HVAC technician duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
-Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties with regard to inspections, repairs and installations of air conditioning and heating systems.
-Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
-Have the knowledge to diagnose A/C & heating problems and apply appropriate solution.
-Must have basic tools and installation knowledge.
Pay rate will depend on skill level and certifications and will range based on experience. It's a full time position with personal leave, sick leave and paid holidays. MUST HAVE EPA Certification & State Registration.
