Covid19 situation update:
We are back in the field, running service calls, and continuing our installations. Following the protocol, wearing masks, respirators, gloves and shoe covers. To protect our selfs as well as others.
All our suppliers are open and fully stocked, no shortages of parts and equipment have been reported.
Mandatory stay-home order is in effect for the entire state of California, as of today, Friday March 20th.
We did cancel our schedule for the next few days, as we are not sure how is this going to effect our ability to go out and help people. My plan is to monitor the situation from the safety of our home, listen to the news and talk to my associates, customers and suppliers. Asses the situation, and move forward as soon as its safe to do so.
Please stay healthy, safe and in good spirit, this will be over soon.
It has been very busy time for us. I hardly have any time to post any updates but something just came up that I would like to share.. I have installed a new Honeywell Vision Pro Wi-Fi thermostat in my house.
And in exchange for some nice rebates on my electric bill I have signed up for the energy management program. Basically what it is, the power company has an access to your thermostat via the Internet. And they have the option to control your thermostat in case of a peek power consumption periods. Well it finally happened today. Masha came to the office to inform me that our AC doesn’t work and there is a funny message displayed on the thermostat screen. It appears that they have set the thermostat to 79° and it’s supposed to last till 9 PM. I guess that’s fine with me.
Coring Concrete. Local codes prohibit condensate water to be mixed with rain water drainage. Flower bad would have been fine, but we didn’t have that option at this job. We had to drill through the concrete slab and create a dry well, ( 3 of them) for our condensate drainage.
You can’t vote for socialists and than be surprised when they do what socialists do! Make up your mind. Socialism cost money.
